Montreat, NC – Southern Wesleyan took several top finish and hit several PRs during the Montreat College Open.

Track Results
100m | In the 100 meters, Jaden Warner took 10th with a time of 11.12. Warner was followed by Dominic Gonzalez in 14th with a time of 11.21.
110mh | Freshman Caleb Stephan led the whole field in the 110 meter hurdles as his time of 15.08 allowed him to secure first place.
200m | Jaden Warner took sixth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.48. Dominic Gonzalez was the next Warrior to finish in the race as he took 14th with a time of 22.94.
400mh | Caleb Stephan continued his successful meet as he took second place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 56.51.
800m | Southern Wesleyan claimed the first three spots in the men's 800 meters. The Warriors were led by senior Ethan Marchman who's time of 1:55.42 allowed him to take first place. Marchman was closely followed by Nate Hill and Drew Jones. Hill's time of 1:56.25 put him in second place while Jones' time of 1:56.87 allowed him to take third.
1500m | In the 1500 meters, Drew Jones led the Warriors as he took fifth with a time of 4:02.38. Jones was followed by Ronan O'Neill and Grady Clark. O'Neill took ninth with a time of 4:07.24 and Clark finished in 11th with a time of 4:09.82. Andre Kelly III took 25th with his time of 4:27.76. Alex Howerton and Justin South wrapped up the field for the Warriors. Howerton secured 28th with a time of 4:31.59 and South finished in 34th with a time of 4:52.37.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will travel to Atlanta, GA on March 27-28 to take part in the Thrills in the Hills hosted by Emory. They will then split the squad on April 10 as some of the team will travel to Hickory, NC to compete at Lenoir-Rhyne and the other part of the team will take part in Lee's Fast Break Invitational in Cleveland, TN.
