The Division II Conference Commissioners' Association (D2CCA) announced the Southeast All-Region Teams earlier this week. The D2CCA All-Region teams are selected by athletic communications professionals in the southeast region.
Gage Shaver was the lone Warrior represented on the team as he earned D2CC All-Southeast Second Team honors as a pitcher/utility player. Shaver was one of the regular weekend starters for the Warriors during their 2025 campaign. He started in nine of the 12 games he appeared in on the mound. Over 56.0 innings pitched, he struck out 43 batters.
When he was not pitching, Shaver anchored the Warriors outfield as their starting center fielder. He had a 97.2% fielding percentage and only had three errors in the field. At the plate, he totaled 35 hits including five doubles, three triples and two home runs. He drove in 12 RBIs for the Warriors and posted a .444 slugging percentage.
