How It Happened
Ronan O'Neill led the Warriors in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational on Thursday. O'Neill's time of 30:54.51 not only allowed him to claim second place in the race, but also set a new school record in the 10K. He was followed by junior Thomas Macagg. Macagg finished in 12th place with a time of 33:51.16. Malcolm Kibiwot wrapped up the field for the Warriors as he took 22nd with a time of 34:53.64.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will travel to Columbia, SC on March 15-16 as they take part in the John Hunter Classic. They will then travel up to Montreat, NC to compete at the Montreat Invitational on March 22-23. The Warriors will host their second outdoor meet of the season on March 29 as they welcome teams to Central, SC for the Gotta Run Invite.
