Central, SC - The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Southern Wesleyan was among the schools recognized as Gracie Wilson, Megan Gilliland, Angel Jimenez and Katie Fulton were honored on the Academic All-District Teams.
Southern Wesleyan's solo recipient of All-Conference Third Team honors, Gracie Wilson was awarded a spot on the team. An applied mathematics major, Wilson was second on the team in kills during the season with 175. She led the team with 76. She was joined by follow sophomores Megan Gilliland and Angel Jimenez. Gilliland, a criminal justice major, totaled 140 kills and was second on the team in blocks with 41, while Jimenez, a pre-med major from Florida, had 137 kills and was in the top three in digs with 272. Setter Katie Fulton also received recognition on the All-District team. The business and marketing major out of Summerville, SC led the team with 400 assists in her junior season.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 10, 2024.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
