How It Happened
Track Events
60 Meter Dash: Noah Meadows led the team in the preliminaries of the 60 meter dash as he finished with a time of 6.91.  He was followed by Jordan Blue in 13^th with a time of 7.06 and Calvin Fernandez in 30^th with a time of 7.63.  Noah Meadows went on to finish in sixth place in the finals with a time of 7.03.
 
200 Meters: In the preliminaries of the 200 meters, Noah Meadows qualified for the finals with a time of 22.56.  Jordan Blue finished in 24^th with a time of 23.98.
 
800 Meters: In the 800 meters, Ludcheel Colas finished in eighth with a time of 2:01.52.  Colas was followed by Casey Frock in 24^th with a time of 2:14.25.
 
Mile:  Konner Palacios finished in 18^th with a time of 4:37.63.
 
3000 Meter Run: In the 3000 meter run, Thomas Macagg finished in 13^th with a time of 9:07.55.  Macagg was followed by Konner Palacios in 14^th with a time of 9:08.69.
 
5000 Meter Run: Senior Peyton Shelton finished in 14^th with a time of 16:04.64.
 
4x400 Meter Relay: Southern Wesleyan's team took eighth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:31.83.
 
Distance Medley Relay: The Warriors finished in fifth place as they finished with a time of 10:51.43.
 
 
Field Events
High Jump: Chandler Whittle took seventh in the high jump with a height of 1.88 meters.
 
Pole Vault: The Warriors were led by Evan Motes in the pole vault.  Motes took third with a vault of 4.13 meters.
 
Long Jump:  Noah Meadows took third in the long jump at the Conference Carolinas Championship with a jump of 6.85 meters.  He was followed by teammate Jordan Blue in sixth with a distance of 6.50 meters and Calvin Hernandez in 12^th with a distance of 6.20 meters.  Sam Woods took 13^th with a distance of 6.16 meters.
 
Triple Jump: In the triple jump, Valente Walker finished in second place with a jump of 14.02 meters.
 
Shot Put: Luke Gordy took sixth in the shot put with a throw of 12.72 meters.
 
Weight Throw: Southern Wesleyan was led by Aidan Campbell on Monday as his throw of 13.70 meters put him in eighth place.  Campbell was followed by Luke Gordy in 11^th with a throw of 12.88 meters
