Spartanburg, SC – Southern Wesleyan finished the Conference Carolinas Championship on Saturday morning in seventh place.  At the conclusion of the race, the Warriors had two runners selected to All-Conference teams as both Macey Morgan and Abbey Frock were named to the All-Conference Third Team.

How It Happened

The Warriors were led by junior Abbey Frock.  Frock took 17^th with a time of 24:17.2.  She was closely followed by Macey Morgan in 18^th with a time of 24:24.4.  Frock and Morgan's top twenty finished allowed both to earn a selection on the All-Confernce Third Team.  They were followed by freshman Merritt Smith.  Smith finished in 34^th with a time of 25:45.4.

Southern Wesleyan's fourth runner to finish was freshman Nicole Feagan who took 39^th with a time of 26:09.8.  She was followed by Gisselle Lopez.  Lopez finished in 53^rd with a time of 26:52.5.  Janey Dixon finished in 67^th with a time of 28:13.1.  Senior Caroline Lamb finished in 83^rd with a time of 32:29.4.
