How It Happened

Macey Morgan led the Warriors at the Queen City Invite.  Morgan took 60^th with a time of 19:13.57.  She was followed by Abbey Frock in 82^nd with a time of 19:39.58.  Madison Lewellen was the next Warrior to finish with a time of 20:29.77 to put her in 110.  Behind her were both Taylor Broadwell and Ava LaBrant.  Broadwell took 129^th with a time of 20:51.25 and LaBrant took 131^st with a time of 20:52.67.

Gisselle Lopez was the next Warrior to finish as her time of 21:56.71 allowed her to take 166st.  Behind Lopez, Savanna Stewart took 168^th with a time of 21:58.25.  Haley Morgan took 175^th with a time of 22:18.52.  She was followed by Janey Dixon in 183^rd with a time of 22:39.41.  Hattie Pitts and Caroline Lamb were the next two Warriors to finish.  Pitts took 217^th with a time of 24:18.73 and Lamb Finished in 239^th with a time of 26:25.80.


 
What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will return to Charlotte, NC on October 8 as they take part in the Royals Challenge.  They will then compete in the Conference Carolinas Championship on October 23.
