How It Happened

Maggie Rice led the Warriors in the Queens City Invite.  Rice took 93^rd with a time of 20:18.  She was followed by teammate Taylor Reynolds in 107^th with a time of 20:27.  Alison Dickson took 216^th place with a time of 23:46 and Madison Lewellen took 245^th place with a time of 25:08.  They were followed by Kaitlyn Phillippo and Taylor Broadwell.  Phillippo crossed the finish line with a time of 25:25 to take 248^th.  She was closely followed by Broadwell in 249^th with a time of 25:34.  Hattie Pitts finished in 252^nd with a time of 25:52.

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will next travel to Spartanburg, SC to take part in the Upstate Invite on October 5.  They will then take part in the Sand Shark Invitational on October 19.  The Warriors will then take part in the Conference Carolinas Championship in Mount Olive, NC on October 26.
