How It Happened

Freshman Michael Griffin led the Warriors in their second race of the season, finishing in 144^th place with a time of 28:36.  Griffin was followed by teammate Peyton Shelton.  Shelton finished with a time of 29:35 to put him 184^th.  Freshman Casey Frock crossed the finish line in 232^nd place with a time of 31:16.  He was followed by teammate Jacob Harris in 249^th place with a time of 32:08.  Konner Palacios finished with a time of 32:25 to put him in 253^rd place.  Coming in with a time of 34:55, Kaleb Jackson took 287^th place.  He was followed by teammate Josiah Turner in 292^nd with a time of 35:26. 

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will next travel to Spartanburg, SC to take part in the Upstate Invite on October 5.  They will then take part in the Sand Shark Invitational on October 19.  The Warriors will then take part in the Conference Carolinas Championship in Mount Olive, NC on October 26.
