How It Happened
Southern Wesleyan was led by Michael Spearman in the Warrior Invitational. Spearman took sixth for the Warriors with a time of 24:15.82. He was followed by senior Jon Gibbon to take eighth in a time of 24:28.15.
Mason Sims took fifteenth with a time of 25:41.00. Sims was followed by Konner Palacios to take 19th with a time of 26:09.08 and Kiernan Gordon to take 20th with a time of 26:56.81.
Senior Brennan Cameli took twenty-first place with a time of 27:08.94. Cameli was followed by JJ Green to take 24th with a time of 30:07.90. The final Warrior to cross the line was Brandon Espinosa to take 25th with a time of 32:54.94.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will next run in the Royal Challenge hosted by Queens on September 29. They will then travel to the Gene Mullin Invite hosted by Furman University on October 7.
