Box Score Bristol, Tenn. – Southern Wesleyan fell in the final game of the series versus the King University Tornado on Sunday afternoon in a 4-2 final.
The Warriors posted two hits in the loss. Julio Justo and Jason Moldenhauer each posted a hit. Moldenhauer went on to hit his second home run of the season to lead the team with two RBIs. Three Warriors to get a walk during the game.
JJ Julian pitched five innings while striking out six batters and allowing only three hits and four runs. Julian faced 26 batters and threw 123 pitches and 66 strikes. Jordan Finster came in for relief and pitched three innings while striking out three batters.

How It Happened
The Tornado took a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning, but Julian and the Warriors defensive would keep them to that. Southern Wesleyan threatened in the top of the fifth inning. Julio Justo led off the inning with a single to right field. Jason Moldenhauer followed him with a home run to left field to bring Justo home to cut the Tornado lead in half. However, the Warriors could not rally back to win the game as they fell in a final score of 4-2.
What's Next
The Warriors travel to Brevard on April 4 to take on the Tornado at 3 p.m. before returning to The Con to host a three game series to Conference Carolinas Mount Olive Trojans on April 7 and 8.
