Warriors Fall to Choctaws in Game Two at NCCAA Softball World Series

BOTETOURT, Va.- Southern Wesleyan batted .173 in its 11-0 loss to Mississippi College at the NCCAA Softball World Series.

The Choctaws (36-19) scored two runs in the top of the first inning, two in the third, three in the fifth, and four in the sixth. They held the Warriors (22-30) to four hits and they struck out nine of their batters.

Southern Wesleyan will next face Oakland City tomorrow May 19 in its final game of pool play at 12 p.m. If the Warriors win, they will advance to the semifinals and will play at 6 p.m. against the No. 1 team from Pool B.
