GREENWOOD, S.C.- Southern Wesleyan left 11 runners on base in its 10-1 loss to No. 25 Lander.

The Bearcats (21-5) scored five runs in the bottom of the second inning, two runs in the bottom of the third, and three runs in the bottom of the fourth for a 10-0 lead. The Warriors (10-15) scored one run in the top of the fifth as Matt Costa doubled to drive in DiMarkus Sanders. They left six runners on base in the final five innings of the game.

Southern Wesleyan next travels to Mount Olive for a three-game series March 18-19. The first game starts at 6 p.m. on March 18.
