Warriors score one goal in loss to King Tornados.

Southern Wesleyan came into the game with their first two Conference Carolinas wins and ready to take on the Tornados, but they were unable to capture their third conference victory as the King University Tornados swept the field.  The Tornados scored three goals within the first 13 minutes of play.  Lily Troyano scored the lone Warrior goal in the first half, bringing the game to 3-1 score.  However, the rally was short lived as the Tornados return in the second half to score of fourth goal and win the game.

Courtney McNeill gained 3 saves in the loss.  The Warriors were able to make 8 shots in the contest.  The loss brings the Warriors record to 4-10 and 2-6 in Conference play.  The King University Tornados rise to 5-9 and 3-5 in Conference Carolinas action.

The Warriors return home on Saturday, October 22 to take on the North Greenville University Crusaders at 1 p.m. for Southern Wesleyan University's Homecoming Fill the Hill weekend.
