Central, SC - Southern Wesleyan is excited to announce Perry Dyer of SWU Baseball on being named this week's Mug Shot Coffee Athlete of the Week.

Dyer led the Warriors in their victory over the Anderson Trojans on Tuesday as he went 4 for 4 at the plate.  Of his four hits, he picked up three doubles in the game.  Dyer came in to score three runs and had two RBIs to his name.

In the three game series against the Emmanuel Lions over the weekend, the junior out of Fountain Inn, SC went 5 for 14 at the plate.  In the series opening win on Friday, Dyer had three RBIs and one double.  He wrapped up the series with another double and a run scored.
