Central, SC - The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's and women's soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Southern Wesleyan was among the schools recognized as four players were honored on the Academic All-District Teams between both the Men's and Women's soccer programs. Noah Koch was recognized on the men's side, while Fianna Steves, Hannah Kovalcik and Karina Pashkovets each received recognition on the women's side.
Graduate student and captain, Noah Koch, received recognition on the men's side. A business administration major, Koch started in all fifteen games the Warriors played in during the 2024 campaign. He had one assist on the season while playing both as a midfielder and defender for the Warriors.
On the women's side, three Warriors were honored in Fianna Steves, Hannah Kovalcik, and Karina Pashkovets. Steves and Pashkovets served as two of the captains of the Women's Soccer team during the 2024 campaign. The sophomore exercise science major, Pashkovets was named to the Conference Carolinas All-Conference Second Team earlier this month after she led the Warriors in scoring with eight goals and one assist. Steves, a criminal justice major, and Kovalcik, a physical education major, each recorded a goal and an assist during the season.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced December 10, 2024.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
