How It Happened
Southern Wesleyan finished in fourth as a team during the Conference Carolinas Championship as shot 337, 336 and 323 as a team over the three rounds of play. Their single round score of 323 in the final round was tied with Belmont Abbey for the low round score of the day.
Sophomore
Emileigh Swords led the Warriors in the Conference Carolinas Championship. Swords finished in fourth place after shooting round scores of 78, 76 and 77 for a 231 total round score. Her score and finish in the tournament were program records and allowed Swords to earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
Swords was followed by
Adrienne O'Brien. O'Brien shot an 80, 81 and 82 over the three rounds of the tournament for a 243 total round score to put her in a tie for 11
th. Finishing in 29

Sarah Page shot an 90 and 88 in the first two rounds before coming out in the third round to shoot a 79 and give her a 259 total round score.
Kaylia McIntyre finished the tournament in 32
nd. McIntyre shot a 90, 88 and 85 over the course of the tournament for a 263 total round score. She was followed by
Isabel Matos. Matos shot a 91, 94 and 89 for a 274 total round score. Her scores allowed her to finish in 37
th.
