The Warriors went 1-2 in doubles action on Saturday. Sarvesh Maria and Jonas Grasmuck defeated Alex Schlitz and Carlos Padilla in a 6-2 final. Julio Lopes Polesi and Enzo Marcheschi fell to Herman Ronnberg and John Brett in a 6-3 final. Joseph Olatunji and Fabian Segreda fell to Kash Reddiyar and Romeo Luque in a 6-2 final. 

In singles action, Southern Wesleyan went 3-3. Sarvesh Maria defeated Reddiyar in a 6-1 and 6-2 final. Jonas Grasmuck defeated Andres Padilla in 6-2 and 6-1 final scores. Enzo Marcheschi challenged, but fell to Ronnberg in 6-0, 3-6, and 6-1 final scores. Joseph Olatunji also challenged, but fell to Luque in 6-2, 6-7, and 6-3 final scores. Fabian Segreda battled, but fell short to Brett in 6-3, 2-6, and 6-3 final scores. Julio Lopes Polesi defeated Ruben Gonzalez in 7-5, 5-7, and 6-1 final scores.

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will travel to Eckerd College on March 10 to take on the Tritons at 2 p.m. They will remain on the road as they travel to play the Shorter Hawks on March 17 at 2:30 p.m.
