McCormick, S.C. - Southern Wesleyan competed in the Savannah Lakes Invitational on November 1 and 2 and return home with a ninth place finish. Emileigh Swords and Adrienne O'Brien led the way for the Warriors in the final tournament of the fall.

How It Happened

Emileigh Swords led the Warriors in the Savannah Lakes Invitational, finishing just inside the top 30 place finishes. Swords shot a 77 in the first round and finished with a second round score of 82 to give her a tie for 28th place and 159 total round score. Adrienne O'Brien finished behind Swords as she tied for 38th place after shooting an 80 in the first round and an 85 in the second round for a total round score of 165. 

Jesse Dalton would score a total of 177 over the two days after posting a 92 in the first round and a 85 in the second round to take 49th place. Kaylia McIntyre and Isabel Matos would both tie for 50th place, shooting an 88 in round one and a 90 in round two. They each finished with a 178 final round score.
