How It Happened
Southern Wesleyan challenged the Saints in the doubles action on Friday afternoon. Siggy Menzel and Urs Widow took down Sacha Terrizzano and Federico Garnier in an 8-4 final. Daniel Bolivar and Joseph Olatuniji put the pressure on Guillermo Ortega and Pierluigi Neri, however the Saints fought back to win 8-7.
The Saints shut down the Warriors in singles action. Stan Grzeslo challenged in his match, however due to the Saints winning five of the other matches Grzeslo's match was left unfinished.
