How It Happened
Southern Wesleyan took two of three in doubles action on Friday afternoon. Urs Widow and Siggy Menzel defeated Mark Watt and Henrik Hellbe in a 9-7 final. Daniel Bolivar and Ben Smith followed Widow and Menzel to claim their own victory. Bolivar and Smith won in an 8-3 final.
In singles action, Joseph Olatuniji was the lone Warrior to get a victory. Olatuniji won in a 6-2 and 6-3 final. Sam Bakker challenged Feliz Schweyer in his match, but fell 2-6, 6-3, and 7-6.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will return home to take on the Point Skyhawks on February 23. They will then open up Conference Carolinas action against the Erskine College Flying Fleet on February 24 at 3 p.m.
