Southern Wesleyan fell in all three of the doubles matches of the afternoon. The teams of Siggy Menzel and Urs Widow, and Stan Grzeslo and Sam Bakker both battled hard during their loss. Both teams forced the matches to go 6-8.
In singles action, Urs Widow, Daniel Bolivar and Joseph Olatunji all won their sets. Urs Widow went 6-3 and 7-5 in his victory. Daniel Bolivar took his in a 6-4 and 6-1 final, while Joseph Olantunji won his 8-4.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will next travel to Coker to take on the Cobras on February 16 at 2 p.m. The Warriors will then take on Point on February 23. They will then return home to begin Conference Carolinas action as they take on the Erskine College Flying Fleet on February 24 at 3 p.m.
