"Congrats to Limestone. They played great today. I thought we could take 2 of the 3 doubles matches to give us momentum heading into singles but couldn't pull it out. We were so close, but going into singles down 1-2 is tough against such a strong singles team like Limestone. We did great job starting off in singles but just couldn't pull the upset. One of our goals was to make our conference tournament and we did that, so happy about that."

How It Happened

Southern Wesleyan took one out the three doubles matches to claim their lone point of the match.  Urs Widow and Harry Reed defeated Limestone's Stanec and Morerro in an 8-6 final.  Camilo Sandoval and Daniel Bolivar challenged in their match, but fell to the Saints in an 8-7 (6) final.  The Warriors did not win a singles match.
