PENDLETON, S.C.- Southern Wesleyan's men's tennis team fell to King 8-1.
The Warriors (1-6) went 1-5 in singles play and 0-3 in doubles play.
In singles competition, Keegan Barkley defeated Kyle Loque 8-2. Moritz Poswiat defeated Camilo Sandoval 6-4, 6-0 at the No. 1, Luis Delgado defeated Daniel Zapata 8-5 at the No. 2, Lenny Keswani defeated Stan Grzeslo 7-6, 6-4 at the No. 3, and Philipp Lindauer defeated Harry Reed 8-6 at the No. 4, and Jannis Walter defeated Urs Widow 6-2, 6-1 at the No. 5.
In doubles competition, Poswiat/Delgado defeated Sandoval/Zapata 8-4 at the No. 1, Walter/Lindauer defeated Grzeslo/Widow 8-3, and Loque/Keswani defeated Barkley/Reed 8-6 at the No. 3.
Southern Wesleyan next travels to North Georgia Feb. 25 at 2 p.m.
