PENDLETON, S.C.- Southern Wesleyan's men's tennis team fell 9-0 to Queens.
The Warriors (0-5) went 0-6 in singles play and 0-3 in doubles play.
In singles competition, Per-Erik Soler defeated Camilo Sandoval 4-2 at the No. 1, Jules Athalis defeated Daniel Zapata 8-4 at the No. 2, Andor Vas defeated Stan Grzeslo 3-0 at the No. 3, Jordan Owens defeated Urs Widow 8-3 at the No. 4, Giovanni Setti defeated Keegan Barkley at the No. 5, and Zachary Williams defeated Jacob Chesney 8-3 at the No. 6.
In doubles competition, Soler/Vas defeated Sandoval/Zapata 8-4 at the No. 1, Athalis/Setti defeated Grzeslo/Widow 8-2 at the No. 2, and Williams/Meum defeated Reed/Barkley 8-5 at the No. 3.
Southern Wesleyan next hosts Benedict Feb. 19 at 2 p.m.
