Central, SC - Southern Wesleyan is excited to announce Megan Ware of Softball as this week's Mug Shot Coffee Athlete of the Week.

Ware opened up the week by going 3 for 3 in the second game of the double header against Erskine on April 7.  She picked up a double and a triple in the game while coming in to score three runs for the Warriors.

In the series opener against Ferrum on April 10, Ware went 1 for 2.  Her hit came in the form of her first collegiate home run.  She went on to go 1 for 2 in the second game of the series.  She drove in one run and came in to score once.  Ware also picked up a stolen base in the game.

Ware was not done as she was an instrumental part of the Warriors sweep against Young Harris on April 11.  In the first game of the day, Ware went 1 for 4 at the plate.  She drove in three RBIs in the game and came in to score two times.  Ware went on to go 1 for 3 at the plate in the second game.  Her hit came in the form of a double.  She came in to score two runs for Southern Wesleyan and also had a stolen base in the game.
