The Warriors had five shots and one on goal in the loss to the Bulldogs.

How It Happened
Southern Wesleyan took the first shot of the game as
Diego Hernandez drove the ball to the net, but it went wide. Barton countered with several shots, but
Will Hughes and the Warriors defense deflected the attacks to keep the Bulldogs off the board. However, the Bulldogs persisted as Omar Aboutaleb put the ball into the net to give Barton a 1-0 goal advantage.
Jose Rangel took a shot, but his shot went over the goal. Barton countered with several more shots on goal, but Hughes continued to thwart their attacks. Southern Wesleyan challenged with attacks by Rangel, but Jacob Randolph saved the ball to keep the Warriors from tying the game up. The Bulldogs led 1-0 at the half.
The Warriors attacked early as
Jon-Luke Rodriguez put up a shot, but it the Bulldogs countered with shots by Aboutaleb and Ludovic Rocha. However, none of the shots were able to find the back of the net. Barton maintained the pressure as Aboutaleb drilled the ball toward the net and it ricocheted off the post to go into the net to give them a 2-0 lead. The Bulldogs extended their lead further on a header goal by Ruben Mancio off a cross from Sean O'Brien. Barton maintained the pressure, but
