How It Happened

Mount Olive attacked early, but the Warriors defense and Brandon Trimby stayed strong to protect the goal.  Alfie Pope put the first goal of the game in for the Trojans.  Mount Olive continued to attack the net, putting in two more goals despite blocks from Zayn Sutton and Jon-Luke Rodriguez.  The Warriors countered with a shot of their own as Trey Greenwood put up the first shot of the game for Southern Wesleyan.

The Trojans put up two more goals early in the second half.  The Warriors maintained the attack though as Zachary Hurst put up a shot that went out of the top right.  Southern Wesleyan's defense kept up as they helped Trimby protect the net.  Hurst put up another shot with the assist of the Warriors offense, but the shot would not land.  Mount Olive maintain the offensive and, despite several great blocks by the Warriors, the Trojans walked away with a 12-0 victory.
