How It Happened
Ameek Batth and
Anya King led the Warriors in double play. Batth and King challenged the team of Lucy Spice and Nastassia Chamoun, but they could not pass the Wolves as Spice and Chamoun won the doubles match 6-4.
Natalie White and
Camille Cunningham took two points from Rosie Harfield and Madison Conwell, but fell in a 6-4 final. Jelsyvette Croes and
Maria Aspasia Kotsiou fell to Amy Griffiths and Judit Gonzalez 6-0.
Ameek Batth challenged the Wolves in singles action on Friday. Batth took the first set of the match 6-1 before dropping the second to Judit Gonzelez to force a third set. However, Batth fell in the final set 6-1.
Maria Aspasia Kotsiou challenged Lucy Spice in her singles match-up, but fell in a 6-2 and 7-6 final scores.
Natalie White fell 6-1 and 6-3 to Rosie Harfield.
Anya King, Jelsyvette Croes and Claire Blackwell each dropped their singles match-ups as well.
