100 Meters : Jami Lewis led the Warriors in the 100 meters with a time of 12.28 to put her in 4th place. Lewis was followed by Lyric King in 6th with a time of 12.39. Katrice Hunter took 45th with a time of 13.74.
200 Meters : Jami Lewis took 3rd in the 200 meters with a time of 24.60. She was followed by Amanda Trapp in 6th with a time of 25.38 and Lyric King in 7th with a time of 25.42. They were followed by Chyna Campbell in 33rd with a time of 27.14.
400 Meters : In the 400 meters, Michele Beugre led the team in 6th with a time of 57.95. She was followed by Hayley Singletary in 15th with a time of 1:00.29. Kayla Achenbach took 22nd with a time of 1:01.68.
800 Meters : Kaitlyn Phillippo and Madison Lewellen led the Warriors in the 800 meters. Phillippo took 32nd with a time of 2:33.08. She was followed by Lewellen with a time of 2:33.63.
1500 Meters : Maggie Rice took 22nd in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:03.27. She was followed by Taylor Broadwell in 41st with a time of 5:24.91 and Alison Dickson in 55th with a time of 5:50.72. Coming in 63rd with a time of 6:03.59 is Hattie Pitts. Pitts was followed by Caroline Therrell in 64th with a time of 6:11.70.
100 Meter Hurdles : In the 100 meter hurdles, Chyna Campbell finished in 11th with a time of 16:32.
400 Meter Hurdles : Keyanna Williams led the team in the 400 meter hurdles, taking seventh with a time of 1:06.57.
Field Results
Triple Jump : The Warriors were led by Mycherie Onwuzuruike as she took third with a distance of 11.04 meters. She was followed by Grace Chen in 13th with a distance of 9.74 meters.
Javelin : Misha Mercuis took 11th in the javelin with a throw of 24.62 meters. Mercuis was followed by Chloe Foster in 16th with a distance of 23.61 meters.
What's Next
Southern Wesleyan will next take part in their annual home meet the Susan Rouse Invitational on April 5 and 6. They will then compete in the Gamecock Invite on April 13.
