How It Happened

The Warriors took one of the three doubles match-ups of the afternoon.  Kristi Cooper and Chyna Jones defeated DeFrench and Dorn in an 8-5 final.  Alexia Rodriguez and Jennifer Ball challenged in their doubles match-up, but fell in an 8-6 final.

In singles play, Southern Wesleyan took two of the six match-ups.  Jennifer Ball won her match in 6-3 and 6-3 final scores.  Ball was followed by 6-3 and 6-3 victories by sophomore Kristi Cooper.

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will remain at home on April 6 as they take on the University of Mount Olive Trojans at 4 p.m.  They will then travel to North Greenville on April 10.
