Johnson City, TN – Southern Wesleyan continued to grow as a team and put the pressure on the other teams in the Buccanneer Invitational on Friday and Saturday.

Track Event Highlights:

60m Hurdles: Chyna Campbell set a new personal record in the 60m hurdles with a 9.12 second time.  Her time advanced her to the finals.

60 Meters: Jami Lewis ran a time of 7.87 in the 60m to advance her to the finals.

800 Meters: Jami Lewis went on to put up a time of 2:19.09 to set a new school record.

What's Next

The Warriors will next travel to the Samford Open in Birmingham, Alabama hosted by Samford University on February 9 and 10.
