The Warriors shot 36.5 percent from the field goal in the loss. Senior Jeremy Wert led the team with 15 points. He was followed by Jalen Lowery with ten points. Javon Hunter led the team with five of the Warriors 14 assists. Southern Wesleyan had 24 rebounds with Wert and Zalan Richards leading the team with six apiece. Four Warriors had steals during the game.

How It Happened
The Trojans struck first in the contest before Diego Poore answered for the Warriors with a made free throw. Anderson began to push their lead before 3-pointers from Jeremy Wert and Isaac Ford gave the Warriors momentum and put them down only 11-12 behind the Trojans. Both teams battled, and the Trojans continued to extend their lead. However, the Warriors pulled back within four at 32-28 on shots from Javon Hunter and Jacob Smith. The Trojans responded with shots from Jeremy Bouton and Shawn Benard. Despite a late 3-pointer from Wert, the Trojans led 43-34 at the half.
Southern Wesleyan jumped out first in the second half with a layup from Jacob Smith after Jalen Lowery stole the ball. The Warriors chipped away at the Trojans lead with a pair of free throws from Zalan Richards and a 3-pointer from Lamont Smith to bring the score to 49-41. Again, both teams fought back and forth with the Warriors chasing to take the lead. Several Warriors contributed shots in this effort and free throws from Hunter and Richards brought the score to 83-62. However, the Anderson Trojans went on the win the game 85-62.

The Warriors will hit the road to take on Lenoir Rhyne on November 13 at 7 p.m. and North Georgia on November 17 at 8 p.m. before returning home to take on the Coker Cobras on November 20.
