Coach Jernigan Says…
"Great day for the women's team today, winning 5-4 over Barton College. Tough hard fought match in some challenging wind conditions, but the girls stayed with their game plans and executed them nicely. Overall going 2-0 against two very strong teams this weekend is something we talked about and thought we could do. So happy for our freshman, Alexia Rodriguez, for clinching in a third set tie breaker. She fought off 5 match points to win. What a warrior!"
