DUE WEST, S.C.- Southern Wesleyan's women's tennis team fell 9-0 to Erskine.

The Warriors (3-7, 2-1 CC) went 0-6 in singles play and 0-3 in doubles play.

In singles competition, Miranda Guthrie defeated Aimee Dorley 6-3, 6-2 at the No. 1, Paola Gullino defeated Jennifer Ball 6-2, 6-3 at the No. 2, Sarah McDonald defeated Chyna Jones 6-1, 6-1 at the No. 3, Mollie Polk defeated Tadala Kandulu 8-3 at the No. 4, Rachel Berkey defeated Samantha Powell 6-1, 6-1 and Rebecca Weaver defeated Elizabeth Mulkey 8-6 at the No. 6.

In doubles competition, Gulliho/McDonald defeated Ball/Jones 8-0 at the No. 1, Guthrie/Elliott defeated Dorley/Powell 8-3 at the No. 2, and Polk/Berkey defeated Mulkey/Kandulu 8-4 at the No. 3.

Southern Wesleyan next hosts Belmont Abbey March 17 for a 2 p.m. match.
