What are your goals for the upcoming season? 
"My goal for this upcoming season is to grow with my team. In the past, I felt like I couldn't connect with my teammates because javelin training is completely different than any other training, so with the chance to try new things this season, I would like to grow with my team; physically with training, mentally through how God guides each of us this school year, and emotionally with each other and our future PR's we all will celebrate together."

Why did you choose SWU? 
"I chose SWU for the chance to have the student-athlete experience that I didn't have before college. Not a lot of people can walk on to a collegiate sports team with no prior history. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of an amazing, supportive, Christian-focused team."

Why is your sport important to you? 
"My sport is important to me because track is really a competition within yourself; you work harder and harder each day to surpass your last mark. 'Once you see progression, it becomes an obsession.'"

Who is your greatest influence in life? Why? 
"My greatest influence in my life is my dad. Growing up and watching him work hard for everything he has and everything he has provided for me motivates me to want to work hard like he did. He has supported me my entire college experience and I would not have made it this far without him and his support."

Who is your favorite athlete? 
"Sophie Thiel. (Javelin)"

What is your favorite food? 
"Dino nuggets."
