• Attended Tallulah Falls High School where she graduated in 2025
• After her senior season, she was named All-Region
• Received both Region 8AD1 Defensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All-Region honors in 2023 and 2024
• Named Defensive Player of the Year (MVP) after the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons
• Has also received the Athletic Legacy Award
• Was a GIAA and Division All-Star in 2024-25
• In 2023 and 2025, her team were named the Region Runner Ups
• In 2024, she helped her team be named Region Champions

• Majoring in business with a concentration in entrepreneurship

What are your goals for the upcoming season? To improve and make memories and friends

Why did you choose SWU? Because of the community and Coach Al was really kind.  I felt like it was a good place to help me grow in my faith with God and grow in soccer.

What is your favorite thing about SWU? The Christ-centered community and everyone cares about you

Why is your sport important to you? I've played since I was little and it has brought me the best memories and I'm happy to have the ability to play soccer.

Who is your greatest influence in your life? Why?  My Papa Chesser.  He has gone through so much in his life and no matter how hard life gets he always follows Jesus and puts his faith in Him.

Where do you want to be in five years?  Me personally, I would like to be married and have my business and live on a farm.

Do you have a nickname? How did you get it? Jo.  My soccer team just started calling me Jo because we had mother Josie and it just stuck
