"To buy into my role and provide success to have my teammates backs."

Why did you choose SWU? 
"I chose SWU for the opportunity to get closer in my faith while getting an education as well as competing athletically in a great conference."

What is your favorite thing about SWU? 
"The southern hospitality."

Why is your sport important to you? 
"It is important because of how much failure is in the game of baseball which builds each and every player differently; each player has a job to do."

Who is your greatest influence in life? Why? 
"My family in Cuba because they remind me of how much freedom is in America."

Where do you want to be in 5 years? 
"Lord willing getting my PhD in Sports Psychology."

Do you have a nickname? What is it? 
"Buffalo Soldier."

How did you get your nickname? 
"By competing in a clutch environment at my previous school."
