What are your goals for the upcoming season? Try to be the best version of myself physically and mentally, prove wrong to the people who doubt me.

Why did you choose SWU? It inspired me, the winning culture, also Coach Fernandez made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence.

What is your favorite thing about SWU? The campus, how everything is so green.  There's a lot of nature over here.  Love also the people I've met so far.

Why is your sport important to you? It has been a part of me since I was a kid.  Gives me identity, but also gives me friends and experiences.  I would not be the same person I am without soccer.

Who is your greatest influence in your life? Why?  My mom and dad.  They do everything for me and my brother.  They are always supportive no matter what decision I make.  They are always going to be there for me.  They also inspire me to be better as a person and an athlete.

Where do you want to be in five years?  Be successful in terms of happiness and also being able to be independent.  I'm also seeing myself a successful guy who never gives up and not being stuck in his comfort zone.

Do you have a nickname? How did you get it? Arroyo.  It's just my last name.
