• As a senior, his team advanced to the Upper State playoffs
• In his junior season, he batted .356 and had four doubles and eight stolen bases
• Batted .417 as a sophomore while recording four doubles and a triple

• Born June 3, 2005 to Nathan and Carrie Turner
• His mom, Carrie, played volleyball at Newberry College from 1997-2000
• Majoring in physical education

What are your goals for the upcoming season? Develop more as a player and a person and do whatever it takes to help SWU win

Why did you choose SWU? The good Christian environment, and all the support I felt from the staff and teachers

What is your favorite thing about SWU?  The community and how the teachers' care about you

Why is your sport important to you?  It helps me relax and takes my mind off of things.  Also it gave me tons of friendships and memories that I will remember forever.

Who is your greatest influence in life? Why?  My greatest influence is my dad.  Since I was young, he always wanted me to be great and work hard.  He always believes in me and whenever I need advice he is there.

Where do you want to be in five years?  In five years, I would want to be finishing my Master's and getting a PE job

Do you have a nickname? What is it? How did you get it? Yes. Brick and Sketch.  I got the name Sketch because last year I had glasses and looked like the Youtuber Sketch so my teammates called me him.  And I got Brick from Coach Shover.
