  • Attended Hamilton High School where he graduated in 2025
  • During his senior season, he posted a .329 AVG and a .410 on base percentage
  • Named top ten defender in his region as a senior
  • His team won the State Championship in 2023 during his sophomore season
PERSONAL
  • Born January 11, 2007 to Eric and Karen Berge
  • Is a triplet with Noah Berge (playing baseball at Winthrop) and Cole Berge (playing baseball at University of Tulane)
  • His mother played basketball from 1990-94 at the University of the Pacific
  • Majoring in criminal justice
What are your goals for the upcoming season? To benefit and help my team in any way, shape or form

Why did you choose SWU? I believe in the fact that SWU had a lot ot offer, and it being a Christian institution made it feel like home.

What is your favorite thing about SWU? How kind everyone is.  So many people have great intentions being here.

Why is your sport important to you? It fully challenges me in ways that other things can't.  I just love playing baseball.

Who is your greatest influence in life? Why? My parents.  They have taught me so much and made sure I've stayed a strong believer in God.

Where do you want to be in five years? I want to be in the MLB or a fire fighter like my father.

Do you have a nickname? What is it and how did you get it? Lot of my teammates call me Iceburg or Bergey.  Not really sure how it started, just kind of fits with my last name I guess.
