What are your goals for the upcoming season? 
"Receive all conference honors."

Why did you choose SWU? 
"Love the tight-knit community along with the small campus."

What is your favorite thing about SWU? 
"The area surrounding."

Why is your sport important to you? 
"It is the first sport I ever played and is the only sport I've ever played competitively. Baseball is a sport that can directly get you ready for life and the things it will teach you can not be taught playing other sports."

Who is your greatest influence in life? Why? 
"Not one person is above the other in my family. I'd say my parents, nana and papa, aunt and uncle all have things about them that influence me in their own way."

Where do you want to be in 5 years? 
"The dream is to play baseball as long as I can."

Do you have a nickname? What is it? 
"Not an actual nickname but everyone here calls me Ash. Most people don't even know my full name is Ashton."

How did you get your nickname? 
"People never really called me Ash until I got to college." 

Who is your favorite athlete? 
"Yordano Ventura."

What is your favorite food? 
"Ribeye steak nice and rare."
