Central, SC - Southern Wesleyan is excited to announce Merritt Smith as this week's Mug Shot Coffee Athlete of the Week.

Merritt Smith led the Warriors in the Royals XC Challenge on Friday afternoon.  Her time of 19:00.56 not only secured her a fourth place finish in the race, but also allowed her to break a school record in the 5K that had been held by Erica Segars since 2010.
