The Patriots fouled the Warriors early in the second quarter to send Makayla Raines to the free throw line.  Raines hit both her baskets to put Southern Wesleyan down 25-17.  Francis Marion would not relent as Jada Richards hit another three pointer and then Trinity Delaney laid the ball up.  With just over six minutes left on the clock, DeYana Hayes put up a jump shot.  The Patriots pressed on with layups by Kiara Croskey and Danielle Jackson.  Dynasty Shegog passed the ball out beyond the arc to Taylin Smith.  Smith fired off a three pointer.  Last second layups by Alexis Glover and Kaliah Kendrick allowed the Warriors to come to 49-33 behind the Patriots at halftime.

A layup by Kennedi Simmons extended Francis Marion's lead to eighteen at the beginning of the third quarter.  The Patriots continued to distance themselves from the Warriors as Sydney Turner and Trinity Adams each laid the ball up into the basket.  Kaliah Kendrick sunk a three pointer, but Kiara Croskey hit a three pointer of her own.  Peyton Looky passed the ball under the basket to Asia Pearley who laid the ball up.  However, the Patriots pushed on with three pointers by Simmons and Mackenzie Feagin.  Rahkhia Mack hit a three pointer at the final seconds of the third quarter.

Southern Wesleyan kicked off the final quarter with a three pointer by Peyton Looky.  However, a three pointer by Jada Richards allowed the Patriots to extend their lead to thirty-six.  The Warriors continued to challenge with layups by Asia Pearley and Looky.  Trinity Delaney sent the ball beyond the arc to Kennedi Simmons who hit another three pointer.  Francis Marion would not relent with baskets by Madison Hoffman and Sommer Joseph.  Despite a last second layup by Taylin Smith, the Warriors fell to the Patriots in a 105-60 final score.
