How It Happened
In the doubles, Anya King and Natalie White challenged Nursh Shamsuddin and Anita Ivanova but fell short as they lost 2-6. Maria Kotsiou and Ashley Dube were unable to pass their doubles match as they lost 6-0. Camille Cunningham and Claire Blackwell dropped their double match as they also fell short losing 0-6.
In the singles matches, Anya King won her match as he challenged Mei Hiramatsu into a third set. King won with a final of 7-5. Maria Kotsiou fought hard but lost her match as she went 1-6 and 2-6. Natalie White and Ashley Dube fell short in both of their singles matches as they tried to challenge the Bobcats. Camille Cunningham dropped her set loosing 0-6 and 2-6 against Rhidaim Yang. Claire Blackwell played in the final set for the Warriors where she was unable to beat Laura Ocampo as she went 2-6 and then 6-0.
