How It Happened

Georgia College swept all three doubles match-ups on Wednesday.  However, the Warriors did not make it an easy match as Joseph Olatunji and Fabian Segreda forced their match up against Heller and Sorel to go extras before dropping the match in a 7-5 final.

Peter Kovats challenged Matt Rogel in his singles match up.  Kovats dropped the first 6-0 before winning the second 6-4.  However, he dropped the final 6-4 to allow the Bobcats to claim the first singles match.  Jonas Grasmuck won his singles match up against Georgia College as he defeated Jesus Villimizar in 6-2 and 6-1 finals.  Both Sarvesh Maria and Enzo Marcheschi forced their matches to three sets before dropping them.  Julio Lopes Polesi defeated Grunent in 6-4 and 6-4 final scores to claim the Warriors second singles victory.
