"I'm really proud of the team for the win tonight," said head coach Julia Reininga. "Barton isn't any easy place to play but we blocked everything out and just stuck to our game plan and played our game. I have to give a lot of credit to Milica for her great night, as a lot of her digs set us up for point. Meg (Widener), Sarah (Hughey) and Paige all played very well too. We have to keep the momentum rolling tomorrow against Mt. Olive."
Reininga and the Warriors face the Trojans Saturday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m.
