Head coach Julia Reininga was pleased with her team's performance.

"Its nice to win a conference game at home, especially in three sets against a quality team like King," Reininga said. "We love the atmosphere we have at home games! I really have to thank our fans for the great support. It was really great to see Meg (Widener) and Sarah (Hughey) lead the team to victory tonight. We will come out firing tomorrow against Lees-McRae."
