Snow Hill, NC – Southern Wesleyan sitting in eighth place after the first round in the Conference Carolinas Women's Golf Championship.

How It Happened

The Warriors are sitting in eighth after posting a total team score of 324 in the first round of play.  Freshman Emily Anderson led the team in the first round with a score of 78.  Anderson's first round put her in a tie for 8th place 

Jesse Dalton and Claire Page are sitting in a tie for 21st after the first round after shooting an 80.  Tatiana Tait is currently in 40th place after shooting an 86.  After shooting a first round of 88, Emily Floyd is currently in a tie for 44th.

 

What's Next

Southern Wesleyan will continue in the Conference Carolinas Women's Golf Championship on April 16.  The tournament will conclude on April 17.
